Since the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games are coming soon, we would like to remind you again about the current regulations relating to F visa application at Public Security Bureau (hereafter “PSB”).

PSB now only issues F visa with at most double entry and at longest valid to July 1, 2008. We will update you with the latest news on F visa policies from time to time. Foreign invested companies and expatriates will not be affected after July 1 as long as they keep compliance with the related government laws and regulations.

Considering the above changes, we urge you to plan earlier and leave us enough time for the application. Our consultant will help to arrange applicant’s time schedule accordingly.
