We are delighted to announce the establishment of Quality Assurance function in the organisation. Following actions are in place to ensure efficiency of customer service and optimal customer satisfaction:
 
Unlike the previous working model where clients are confined to the support of their account manager only, their needs will now be attended to by the first available consultant in Beijing at +86 10 6588 9898 ext 810/811/812 or in shanghai at +86 21 3303 0660/0662 ext 801/804. Our information system enables consultants to have access to every client’s file.
 
Ms. Jane HU, Manager of Customer Relations, appointed solely for the purpose of supporting the company in customer service quality assurance, is responsible for dealing with clients’ feedbacks and complains.
